This bike is a very comfortable ride that supports your lower back during a workout. We have very old and tired joints and the 400Ri has proven to be very gentle on them. The pedals are smooth and easy on the knees as well and don't cause your knees to lock during the ride. The seat is adjustable for multiple different heights. Above the display there is a ledge large enough to support a tablet/ipad but also can hold any cell phone for video or audio use. There is Bluetooth capabilities to connect your phone /tablet to the bike and an audio jack for listening. Overall the assembly was easy and able to be done in under an hour.

Comfortable seat and great program for a motivating workout. The machine was easy to assemble since I had my husband do it. The box was a little beat up but the bike itself was package so well that nothing was bent or messed up. Great workout and very stable.

Oh my gosh I love working out with my new bike! I received it in exchange for my honest feedback, and it has been a game changer for my workout! It's sturdy, fairly easy to set up (customer service was super helpful) and is durable enough to stand up to daily workouts. I actually look forward to starting my day with a bike ride! Okay where to go first, for me it's the 22 inch digital HD touch screen, the compact solid frame, the free one year iFit subscription and let's not forget the 24 resistance levels. I just recently got the ProForm Carbon CX with 30 day IFit coach membership. So far it is working great. IFit has some really cool workout sessions that are varied and interesting. I have never liked exercising but I think they have enough variety to keep me from getting bored and giving up. I did receive this in exchange for an honest & unbiased review.

My friends elliptical was ProForm and I loved it so when I went looking for my treadmill I kinda leaned that way. Glad I did, customer service is great, I was never left on hold, and assembly was easy too. I like many others, I believe, first thought about purchasing from Pro Form, based on using them in numerous hotels & gyms. When my Bowflex finally gave out, I decided to take a closer look at Pro Form, after a month or so of reading reviews on their Ellipticals I decided to purchase the Carbon EL. We assembled it the same day, step by step, we were pumped, if this worked out the treadmill was next on the list! Unfortunately it has never worked, after downloading the app, checking all the connections 10x, we still could not get any use our of it, the Display powers up, but is completely useless. We have not been able to run any programs whatsoever. Don't fret we thought, we have a 5yr maintenance plan...what a joke, no # to contact them by & emails are never answered, just an auto reply telling you that your request has been received. Well after waiting 6 weeks for an answer, I decided to post this horror story so that no one else would be defrauded by this company. To add insult to injury, they then sent me a 'Special Invitation' to extend my maintenance agreement...my night schedule opened up immediately so that I could alert the world about this scam!

I finally took the plunge and bought some home fitness equipment. I'm so glad I did. I was worried I wouldn't use it like I thought but I prove myself wrong. My item shipped really fast from the company and they provided a ton of tools and videos that made set up an installation a breeze. I love how much support they offer their customers. My machine was extremely well-built and sturdy. It also came with a free month of iFit Which I plan on renewing once my trial is over. Are use this as cardio equipment at home in addition to my gym workouts and I cannot wait to see the results. Great Company with equipment to match anybody's goals and financial statuses. When I got the chance to get the ProForm Carbon CX at a reduced rate for my unbias review I had to jump on it! I have been very happy with this new addition to my routine. I get a great workout out of this bike. I was very impressed by the fit and quality of the parts. I can ride with confidence and feel secure as this bike is very stable. The adjustments make is possible to fit many different body types. It is a good size and does not take up too much space.

Love the Proform bike. It makes workouts so much nicer. There are a variety of videos and workouts you can use to enhance how you train. When my Proform bike arrived, the box was a little damaged. Upon opening it, I realized I didn't need to be worried. They had packaged it so well there was zero damage to the machine. Proform's equipment is excellent. Although heavy (which was expected), the equipment was easy to set up. After setup, it took a few minutes to get used to the buttons and settings but once I was familiar with it, I was ready to go. I've had my treadmill for about 2 weeks and I love it. It's super compact and my running on it does not bother my neighbor downstairs who is home all the time since Covid, which means I can run late at night or early in the morning without worries.
