Very frustrating. It asks for my shipping address and I already had entered it, so I re enter it and several times I have had to enter my credit card information. Finally got it done but a lot longer process than it should have been.
Great prices on individual pieces. I can make my own the right way verse buying cheaper junk on Amazon or Harbor Freight etc.
I placed an order last week that needed to be rushed, apparently there was a call from some one other than me to cancel the order. now my parts will be arriving a week late.

I liked the pricing, however the communication failed. I received the e-mail stating the order was received on the 15, then no other communication until I called on the 20th, 5 days later. The rep stated it was shipping from California and that same morning it arrived at my house in Wisconsin. The lack of a timely shipping notice caused me frustration and your staff time and money researching my order. Timely communication using your IT systems would have prevented this issue.

Very difficult to maneuver through order process. I ordered 2 connectors and asked for nuts. The system repeatedly only put one nut in my basket. Very difficult to get correct number of items. Also I had to repeatedly select PayPal to get the order to accept my check out.
Other than one of the 110vac LED's failing, I have no issues. That's why I bought two extra!

On Ubuntu Linux 18.04: Wanted to use Chrome but PayPal link wouldn't work, even with ScriptSafe plugin turned off. Chrome is normally the most problem-free browser, so this is surprising. Order form wouldn't load properly on Firefox until I turned ScriptSafe plugin off (*not* just "allow everything.") I was then able to use PayPal (on Firefox). Otherwise, everything seems intuitive enough.
And I'd like to see a lower-cost shipping option for an order that ways 0.6 lbs.
I called to get an immediate answer. The call was quickly answered. My questions were answered. Many sites don't have this level of customer service. It is much appreciated.

I work in the automotive industry and in need of a 45 degree angled flat head tip, preferably v spade tip. since I lost my original one I have had trouble finding a replacement. the tool works perfect for removing trim clips without damaging them. Most of your catalog items don't apply to the automotive trade, but I will check back now and then to see what new items are offed. thank you.

The only issue is that the shipping information on the Products for Automation log-in web-site was never updated when I went on-line to check on my order. It always said "processing" right up to the time the order was delivered. This is not very useful. One needs to be able to get accurate shipping and en-route delivery information.

I found it very easy to order. Although I have to email and call several times about a ship date. I wish the PFA had an "estimated ship date" listed on the website instead of "pending".

I am the purchasing agent for a electrical company and I purchased a camera . I get a call from someone wanting to verify my credit information over the phone. We have policies in place to protect against fraud and I couldn't give information over the phone so I had to purchase it elsewhere. I lost a day due to this mishap
