Do not do business with this website. After making my internet purchase of garage door hardware, I was never informed of the status of the shipment. After a week, I left voice messages and email and the owner (Mike) didn't call back for days. When he did make contact, he said he was behind on shipping orders. I was forced to pay only the high rate shipping option and it took two weeks to receive the product. The shipment arrived with the wrong hardware. I called and emailed Mike numerous times to correct the situation but he has not returned any of the messages. I would not do business with his company again.
