All along I thought my orders were on their way to be delivered but after waiting for 2 long weeks, I got a chance to follow up and to my surprise, it hasn't been shipped yet! My orders were just sitting there unattended and if I haven't followed up with them, I'm not sure if anyone would pick that up and deliver. They clearly didn't have a structured process and I would have waste my hard-earned money if I haven't been diligent on following up. This actually sound so deceiving to me!

I picked the product after reading a couple of reviews from people who had all shared stories about the different types of pain they had. Unfortunately, the product was useless both for my dad's issue and my own. Not sure what to make of all the rave reviews. Also, paid for next day delivery and it took 4 days to arrive.
