Everything free has it's own rules, just like a free web site. So if you don't want your forums deleted for a stupid rule, take my advice. You could how ever use a free downloadable bulletin board service on your own paid web site with a domain name. You can do what ever you want with it. Now for the content, you don't choose your own username. You're always admin. And one of my forums (not this site, a different site) was deleted for a stupid reason. So if you want a free forum software, use it on your domain site such as Mybb. That's about it.
Tip for consumers:
I don't like free services. They have stupid rules and always get deleted.
