I ordered a black EMG 85 guitar pickup. I originally received a silver pickup. I returned the order and they replaced it with the correct black pickup. Once installed, the volume knob didn't work. I wrote the vendor a message letting them know that the volume knob didn't work. I told them that I had check the wiring multiple times. Still isn't working. They responded back with this: "Thank you for reaching out. I would try re wiring the pick up again or maybe check your volume pot to see if that might be an issue if you haven't already. Best advise I can give you is to double check all wiring and pots that you have installed. You can also try reading/ testing the resistance of the pick ups to see if the output is correct on the levels. Hope that helps."
Your best advise is to tell me is something I had already done. Oh, thanks for the assistance. Definitely not impresses with any aspect of proaudioland.com. I will go elsewhere in the future. For what it's worth, you might have an excellent experience. I didn't.
Answer: I wrote them an email that they responded to the next day. After I responded, they ghosted me.
Answer: I used Proaudioland.com because they had faster shipping.
