They are pro-scammers and will have you hanging on to hope for at least 10 months and then start from scratch again until you get tired. And you will never see your money again. I have contacted the FBI and am trying to get them to investigate but also contact Phillip Morris in NYC about what they are doing and sending their products with a promise of receipt. Morris could have an investigation as well if they don't work with the FBI and other agencies I have gathered. Listen, don't give them your money, take out someone you love to a great dinner instead. At least you'll get something for your money.

It has now been 1 year since we sent our money (200.00) and did not get the product. Now I know why they did not take credit cards, because they could easily be disputed. 35 emails later with excuse after excuse and still no refund. Never have I ever dealt with a company like this. It is a disgrace to all good online companies. Promise after promise has been broken. This is the first negative review I have ever written, but no one deserves it more. Please do not let them do this to you.

Placed my cigarettes order with them more than 2 month ago and requested a tracking number. The claimed that cigarettes were shipped and provided a tracking number which is invalid and does not show that actual shipment occurred. I waited for 1 month and send them request to provide me with the shipping status of the order. They replied that order was returned to sender and they will re-ship the cigarettes within 48 hours. Waited for 2 weeks, inquired again, - they neither re-shipped nor refunded the order.

Took my order without any trouble. 2 weeks later long after the money clears I still have nothing from them. I complain, a few days later I get an answer saying they have waited 2 weeks to actually process the order and I have to wait 4-5 more days for a tracking number. $-5 more days and nothing another few days waiting for a response. I get an excuse saying the tracking number information was unavailable due to some company problem. I ask for a refund and report the transaction to the authorities. Flash forward almost a month after the original order and I am provided with a fraudulent USPS tracking number to an order that should already be here. Reported them again and again stated I wanted a refund. I doubt I'll ever see the money again but I am going to keep reporting until something happens.

Pro-smokes.com is a scam. After they get your money, you'll never get the product. They will string you along but never send your cigs. Don't give them your money. They've been reported to the Federal Trade Commission and the FBI for fraud.

This site is a 100% scam and no one should buy from ever unless they just want to throw away money. I purchased from them and after the shipment never came, they kept telling me it'll come soon and to just wait. Finally I realized it was never coming and requested a refund, and they just said it was some error and to keep waiting.

I requested a refund several times, it's been several months now with NO response and no refund. I don't want anyone to experience this... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Complete scam.

Susan Howard and Estelle Hassler have simply stolen my money, I paid via PayPal, since they had "issues" with a payment processor in New York - Since then they have lied time and again to me and now just ignore my continuing email contacts. The website clearly states 100% guaranteed delivery or money will be refunded back, which is of course yet another lie. They are located in Israel, so there will be no luck in getting them to court in the USA.

I ordered 4 cartons of Camel Lights on Dec 12 2017. It is now March 18th 2018 and I haven't got my order. They made up some bogus story about my package being held up at the border somewhere. I told them that I want a refund and they said in order to get a refund I need to send them a bank statement showing I paid. Sketchy sketchy. I did it anyways and they said I'd get a refund in a few weeks.

I'd NEVER buy cigarettes from them!
