From start to finish Peter and or Simon were there on the days of construction to start their crews day. What really struck me is when Peter arrived he went up to each member of his crew and shook their hand n said good morning. How impressive of the owner to care about each person of his crew. I was referred to Pro-Home Services by a business associate who had used their services for a roof and were very pleased with the total value of their services. I hired them to install five windows which were installed about a month ago. I am very pleased with the product and installation work. Scheduling was too sporadic. Mostly due to the weather, but they could have done a better job keeping my up to date on what was coming when. They left nails in the drive. Several nail got in my car tire, but they deducted the cost from my final bill. Overall, they did a good job and professional job, but commication could have been better.
Only bad thing is the kitchen window lock is really hard to open. I asked about it and the guy said it's OK, just hard to open. So I put WD40 on it, but it still is hard to open. Not a big deal, but I wouldn't recommend that particular window due to that issue.
Great job. We were very happy. Clean up was just ok but everything else was great. Hope to have our windows done soon. We would recommend pro home to everyone.

There are so many good reviews until I hate to be negative. However, if this is the same company out of Arkansas I am truly shocked. It must be the representative/associate that handles my area. She is absolutely terrible. She always has some excuse or reason why something can't get done. Never, get back with you or follow up on the situation.
Your ad in the 'Best Pick Reports" states the minimum repair requires $350, but you don't treat those customers with lower (in my case $1,200) repairs the same as whole house roof repairs. I signed my contract in late August and had to wait until October to get my shed roof repair done. If I had not called multiple times requesting this service to be completed, I don't think it would have been done at all.
Stop stating you have a minimum repair of $350 or do small jobs if you intend to ignore these customers or "just fit them into your schedule" when available. No one at Pro-Home stated to me that my job was not going to receive the same attention as a whole house roof repair.
Based on my personal experience with Pro Home, I would never recommend anyone to your business.
Overall great experience. First off they came out to look at a basis repair job. They charged a fair price and they did quality work. The roof tech who came out for the repair new what they issue was and was obviously over experienced. If and when I need additional work down I will be sure to call this company back.
I had a gutter that wasn't hung properly and was leading to water damage. Pro-Home Services came out right before a big storm hit and fixed the gutter as well as adding a deflector to alleviate some of the drainage issues. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be calling these folks for work in the future.
The team that put on our new roof was extremely professional, respectful, and efficient. They cleaned up after every day they were there, and probably cleaned our driveway and the surrounding areas even better than we would have. They worked hard, and one night worked late, never complained. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of the job and the team that completed it. We would hire Pro Home again in a heartbeat.
Out of the three estimates I received they had the most affordable. Peter also assisted with trying to put a claim in through my insurance which unveiled that my insurance hardly covered anything. It was greatly appreciated. I will be changing my insurance coverage. In time I will definitely go to them to replace my siding.
My sons both have worked with Peter and his crew in the past so their recommendation started the process going for my project.

We had several different types of Alside windows installed in several locations in our house, they look great and seem sturdy and well-built. After the work was complete we accidentally made a mistake with our payment, I informed Peter and he promptly refunded us and made it easy for us to complete the transaction. We would highly recommend Pro Home Services to our friends and family.
Overall experience was good and scheduling was flexible. The job cleanup could have been better, and there is an issue with the job that I am trying to get fixed.
Peter was so helpful with getting us the right shingle that would match the siding and brick on our home. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different products and patient while we made the right decision for us. I would highly recommend.
