Worst customer service ever! I received an email almost a week ago saying the picture that I sent was not good enough. There were no instructions or links to upload a new picture. There is no place on the website to upload a new picture or react to the request. I paid over $85 for a blanket for a Christmas gift and cannot get any response to any emails on inquiries from their website. There is no phone number to call. Not happy right now. I cannot review any product because I have no idea if I am getting the blanket that I ordered.
Answer: This was a specific gift was requested by my daughter in law.
Answer: I absolutely cannot get ANY response from customer service.
