I ordered 124.00 worth of pretzels and 1 container of Carmel. Only received Carmel. I called 5 times and left message to call me back but no one has called back. Tried to use chat line but it will not open. I am so disappointed.
Really wanted to try pretzels. The Carmel are just OK but not worth the price.
They were fine, but not worth the $$. And, for my order, they automatically put it on express shipping (which I didn't see until after the order had already processed) - which I found very sneaky and poor taste. I reached out right after (and then a few times after that) and no one got back to me. Terrible customer service and a rip off.
We thought these would be a gourmet pretzel. They were nothing special and not worth the price. We bought buffalo and garlic. The sizes should have been the same but were not. The buffalo was better than the garlic but had less in it. They were just very blah.
The pretzels are very tasty but after placing my last order (have ordered 4 times before with no problem) the tracking information said the package was delivered but never received my order. So I have sent 5 different emails about not receiving order and have never had a conversation with any person except for the first one telling me to check all around the house and with neighbors. So now I am content to say my order was lost and they will not do anything for me so I guess I am out the money I sent and will never order from them again
Ordered 8 cans. Six were gifts, two we kept. Arrived late. Opened one box Christmas morning, the Sea Salt Carmel pretzels were stale and lacked any semblance of taste. Then opened butter cinnamon and it too was stale with poor flavor. Feel sorry for the family we gave the pretzels to as a gift. Nice packaging though. Lost a customer here.
Ordered products 11/29/2023, ads on website state 3–4-day delivery, shipment was not delivered until 12/28/2023. I had cancelled the entire order 12/13/2023, then Pretzels.com shipped the order 12/15/2023. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and still get a run around. I asked for return labels Sebastian said they were sent. Two weeks later still no return labels, then a msg from Sebastian stating Pretzels.com cannot accept food returns. I have filed a complaint with the FBI and anytime I see a commercial on TV I write the station to stop advertising their products.
I ordered enough to qualify for there advertised 25.00 gift card, I have sent 6 emails enquirering about it and no one has answered. I even emailed the corp office and carmels.com no one responds. Pretzels.com and carmels.com will not get another order from me.
Sent this company five emails over the course of two weeks regarding an order that never arrived. Total radio silence! No phone number on their website nor on their parent website. Gift that was ordered early November and guaranteed delivery by Christmas is still not delivered.
I regret that I did not check reviews before placing an order. Their info says 5-7 business days for delivery. I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and even given non business days we are way past the time indicated. I have sent several emails to inquire about the order...took them a week to answer an email...and still no info on ship date. Terrible way to conduct business.Will NEVER deal with them again!
Ordered from Pretzels.com June 18,2024. Caramel Chews, Salted Honey Butter and The Twisted Party Box. These were all supposed to go to my aunt who lives in a retirement community in the heart of Pretzel country Harleysville, Pa. They shipped caramels and honey butter, but no pretzels. Contacted June 24th (where's my order) oh we have to ship the soft pretzels seperately to keep from getting stale.They will ship out anytime now. July 1st, asked their chat person where is the rest of my order (oh, we will be shipping them out today or tomorrow). July 2nd, (where's my order), oh, we're running behind they will ship out next week. If you look at Pretzels.com, they no longer advertise that they even sell soft pretzels. Haven't offered me a refund or nothing. Stay away from these over priced good for nothing fake pretzel company.
I placed an order on 12/10/23 (guaranteed delivery before Christmas) here it is 01/08/24; no order and no response to my requests as to the status of my order. No contact phone number for customer service. Sent email today and requested full refund or I would file fraud charges. They claim to be a Pennsylvania company yet they are based out of Delray Beach FL. My opinion this company is a huge scam!
. Almost $90 for a pretzel order for my elderly father for Christmas company guaranteed delivery by Christmas Day. The package has yet to be sent out and it is Christmas Day. Highly disappointed I will never buy from them or any of their other companies.
My order was for two containers. One Sour cream & onion. The other Garlic Parmesan. The Garlic Parmesan pretzels ordered; I just opened the container. It wasn't sealed tight like the sour crem/onion. The container wasn't full and many of the pretzels have mold on them. I'm not comfortable eating them. Now the Sour Cream & onion were perfectly fine and tasted good. I'm still waiting on a response from their customer support. That's been a few days.
I ordered 4 different kinds. Two Pretzels and two others. They sent the two other but I have not gotten my pretzels. I have sent email after email and no one has gotten back to me. This company just does not care about making sure you get what you paid for.
On January 25,2024, I ordered six different packs of pretzels. It arrived on January 29th. I opened three tubes on 2/1/24. The Garlic Parm was not sealed, and a couple of inches of pretzels were gone. AND there was mold on the pretzels, see picture. I immediately filed a report and sent the picture. No response. I used their forms two more times, and there was no response. Today is 02/06/24. Still no response. Their website has no physical address, phone number, or direct email. NO ONE CARES. BUYERS BEWARE
Ordered 3 canisters of these pretzels. Smoked Gouda, bourbon bacon and Buffalo ranch. Was really disappointed with the flavor. For the cost I expected them to be great. I can get much better flavor from supermarket brands for a lot less money.
Would not recommend purchasing.

Ordered three boxes for Christmas. No confirmation came for any of them and only one box was delivered. They were stale and tasteless. I contacted them twice by email and they contacted me the first time to say that they were refunding me. Never got it. Wrote a review on their website and it was taken down the next day. They only keep 5 star reviews. Contacted my credit card company about them. What a scam.
I feel completely ripped off. I ordered several kinds. The honey mustard was overpowering. The cinnamon sugar was blah and the sea salted caramel did not taste of caramel. In fact, I found the caramel really nasty. What a waste of money. I threw them all out.
I ordered from pretzels. Com what a joke. I paid for fast shipping I am still waiting for delivery to my son. I emailed asking for my tracking number and I get a robot response! Do not order from this company, no customer service. My over 70 order still in limbo and I want a refund for fast shipping! Stay away!
