Horrible customer service. I had no problem paying $72 for pretzels but I just wanted what I ordered and I was very understanding and professional with my attempts to rectify the situation however Customer Service didn't care... very unfortunate. Btw I can forward my e mail communication with customer service if anyone is interested.

Great Snack

It was pretty good. No issues with delivery. They were fresh. Ordered Honey Mustard nice tangy flavor, the Honey Butter was sweet and salty, the Bourbon Bacon tastes like bacon. Definitely will reorder the Honey Mustard, and try the garlic parmesian, sour cream and onion, and buttermilk ranch next. Not sure why the bad reviews, I recommend it, especially when them munchies hit.

Billing practices
November 11, 2023

I ordered the 3 stack pretzels for $36. I then accidentally ordered 2 more packages. When I tried to cancel my order I was instead charged an additional 3 packages. Over $200 in product. There is no way to call and I feel riipped off. I have put in a dispute but so far no answer.

Stay away from this business. I ordered 12 tubes of pretzels for 4 different friends and expected to get gift boxes. (3 tubes per gift box). Didn't get and I sent them an email and they said I didn't specify gift boxes on my orders. I responded can I purchase 4 boxes? Got Nada response from them. Jingle bells!

Bad experience

I order 3 different things totaling $87. They never sent me a confirmation email for my order, so I had no way to check the status. I used PayPal, they had no problem taking my money! I messaged them twice before hearing back. When they finally sent my order info, they only sent me 1 of 3 things I ordered. Their customer service is crap, all it is is a form you fill out, and you just have to hope they get back to you! I tried getting support through texting (which they told me to do), but I got no response there. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this company. I'm not sure if I'll get the rest of what I paid for, a refund, or if I just lost $30+ on stuff I ordered but never received!
Update
I did receive my order in full. However, the canisters of pretzels were way too salty for me. Te soft pretzels were huge and good. As I stated before, customer service was crap. I sent 2 or 3 emails about my order, but no one responded until after I got my order in full. By the time anyone responded it was literally 2 weeks after I got my order in full. The whole experience was kind of a $#*! show to be honest.

Awful product

Purchased 4 tubes of pretzels (various flavors) Box arrived promptly. Box measured 7 inches cubed. Not enough pretzels to fill a Supermarket purchased bag. Product was crisp but very little flavor. I could not identify any of the 4 flavors. Immediately requested refund/return. Not able to return food product even unopened. OK they said they would issue credit for the tubes. I believed that meant I would have to "eat" the 9 dollar shipping. Sounded OK, not great but OK. The credit they issued was $28 for the 4 product containers. I had paid $68 for the pathetic product. They retained $40...WOW is all I can say. NEVER again with any of their crap!

These are hit or miss

My order was for two containers. One Sour cream & onion. The other Garlic Parmesan. The Garlic Parmesan pretzels ordered; I just opened the container. It wasn't sealed tight like the sour crem/onion. The container wasn't full and many of the pretzels have mold on them. I'm not comfortable eating them. Now the Sour Cream & onion were perfectly fine and tasted good. I'm still waiting on a response from their customer support. That's been a few days.

I like all the flavors but they were still when I opened them. There's no day on them so you don't know how old they are I would not buy again. Not for that price. I found the cinnamon one cheaper online.

Disappointing
May 6, 2023

I ordered the sweet pretzels.com apple strudel. I was very disappointed. I expected the flavor to be baked into the pretzel as they are with other pretzels. But no it was sprinkled on top which means that most of the flavor was laying in the bottom of the container and you had to invert it, shake it, upside down to get any on the pretzel. Was too much money for this. I'll stick with Dots.

Missing pretzels.

I ordered some pretzels in the summer and I still haven't received them. I called and left them a message. I got a call back from them and I was told that my order would be shipped out in the next few days, that was in October and still no pretzels.

I ordered the Pretzelicious box of soft pretzels and then added in 2 dips. This was a gift for 2 different family members and BOTH of them only received the dips, not the soft pretzels. I contacted the company and they credited me for the first order but when it happened AGAIN they stopped communicating with me. I had to go through the bank to dispute the charge for the 2nd order. Super disappointed with this company and would not recommend them at all. They have a logistics and customer service problem! If you sent a gift through Pretzels.com you should ask your recipient what they received so that you can be sure they got what you paid for. (Update as of 12/31/23) Wanted to edit this post to say that both of my relatives texted me yesterday to say they just got the pretzels! This all happened about 3 weeks after they received the dips. Original order was placed in November for a delivery the first week of December. Again, no communication from the Pretzels.com whatsoever. If they were having a logistics problem and needed to delay shipment, they should have just told me and I would have been ok with it, but for them to not say anything and not answer my emails is just bad service. It made me wonder if they overnighted the pretzels BECAUSE of the bad review I posted. I hope my 2 family members find that it was worth the wait! I still would not order from them again and my review still stands.

A great place for pretzel lovers

This is the website for a sub-brand of Licorices.com. As the name suggests, they offer various flavored pretzels. They offer a pretty wide selection of flavors at pretty reasonable prices. The amount of pretzel sticks you get in each tube container is good. In my first purchases through them, I chose the buttermilk ranch, loaded nacho, chipotle cheddar and brick oven pizza flavors. All of them were good and tasted authentic to the real thing. So if you are a fan of pretzels, I highly recommend you give them a shot.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY. ADVERTISE 3-DAY SHIPPING. TOOK 30 SECONDS TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD AND 6 DAYS LATER I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ITEMS. RADIO SILENT ON MY EMAIL TO THEM AS WELL. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL AS THE PENNSYLVANIA ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE FOR FALSE ADVERTISING.

Sampler purchase
