Confusing and condescending

I ordered a kit, not realizing the image portrayed was not accurate and when I contacted prepares discount I received a response that was off putting.
I made an error and asked to be able to leave feedback for the purpose of alerting future customers to pay close attention to what is being offered. The response was to the effect of -your problem, not ours-
I get the impression of hey we got your money and you can go somewhere else and whine.

Fraud

I placed an order with preppersdiscount on 4-27-16 qand they charged my credit card but I have not received my order or any word from them I am ready to call my credit card company and turn them in for fraud you can buy the same things on amazon
