Paid $100.00 (sale price) for their A+ Certification before I realized you have to download software to take their practice exams, which you have to pay for! You only have 1 month to access the training course videos and PrepAway can't even keep the audio sync'd with the video in those videos. PrepAway, more like run away!
This site will get you to purchase their materials and does not send it to you and directs you to spend more money to purchase a drive to open their materials. When you decline and ask for a refund they get upset and threatened to block you from the site. Buyer beware!
I have written to PrepAway asking about a dump, then they answered me immediately.
I paid for the dump and wait for the password that I can access my dump through.
They did not send me the password and even did not answer my e-mails until now.
I used their material and it was very helpful. So far I have written 2 exams and I passed very well using the material. I am actually in the process of preparing for a 3rd exam and I am confident that I will pass. Kudos to prepaway.com
Having bought a few of their braindumps in a few occasions, I have failed all the exams using their materials. They used outdated materials and only 10% of their questions are useful. Despite many emails to get another update from them, none was entertained at all.

Have to download additional software which is very expensive - JUST to run their programs. They won't offer refunds either. Rip/off mob. Would recommend using Kaplan instead, much better
To be able to prepare for your exams you need two subscriptions, which gets everyone, when you subscribe with Prepaway you think that is it you get the exam, that will only run on VUMINGO application that Prepaway fails t highlight prior. So you end up paying a huge price. As far as I am concern it is a scam.

Questions not updated regardless of their claims, misrepresent their materials. They take materials from other free sites, support refuses to refund and offered an exchange (for another useless material, No thanks!)
Do not give them your money. This is a borderline scam. I walked away with nothing because they worded everything carefully to hide their many paywalls and expiring products.
Let me explain: When you purchase a practice test here, you are unable to actually view it without their specific software, which costs extra. About 40$ extra. (If you complain, they'll give it to you for free just to save face)
On top of this, everything you purchase has a 30 day expiry and requires a full repayment to extend it. So if you wait 30 days after your purchase to study, they revoke your access to the test. (They can do this cause the file is locked and can't be used without uploading it through your account through their software)
The software is also on a 30 day timer, so you'd better consume all your content and take the exam before everything expires.
I didn't even see the test since I purchased this 6 weeks before my exam started and didn't have time to review the test within 1 month. I now have access to none of my paid content with 2 weeks till my exam.
Stay far away from this money grab.

Pay for the exam preparation bundle but get nothing, when complain, give me access the the website to find only invoice for the nonsense product i did not purchase.
The exam file you receive with a purchase is NOT available unless you sign up for exam software that looks like it is included. Completely useless and waste of money.
I am very disappointed with their exam questions. They are outdated. Only a few questions from their dump came out in the exam and I didn't get a refund. Poor service.

It will provide your dumps for 10k and again for opening those dumps you again have to pay 10k because the file format will be in ETE format and none of the site is able to convert ETE file to readable format without money. Don't know how people are using it. It's just wasted my money and time. DON'T RELY ON THIS SITE.

Prepaway is a scam. Once the purchase is made, you will receive a hashed file requiring an additional amount of money to translate the file already purchased. Then they refuse to refund!

To download and utilize VUMINGO (for the ETE software) it will then cost you over 500USD. It is a complete SCAM!
I purchased premium dumps waisted my 1 month in preparation. Registered for exam $800 and there was only 10 % questions from dumps.
