This is bull $#*! database i spent money and and still unable to login to white pages. Also sent email to their customer support and i never see their response.
I ran lookups on two cell phone numbers, mine and my wifes, both of us have had the same numbers for nearly 15 years. In both cases a small amount of the info was correct, but lots of it was info from other family members. Stating incorrect past residences, and all kinds of other wrong info.
I asked for information about my brother-in-law. What was returned was an address for him that said he had lived at this address for 22 years. I don't know if he lives there or (I would think for $10 that would be a minimum of current correct address) not. He has certainly not lived there for 22 years. Other places he lived were Frankston, TX; Gainesville, FL, New Jersey, etc.
I was looking for a cell number for an old friend, I searched the basic white pages site. They had my friend listed but the cell phone information was redacted. They stated I would need to sign up for their premium service to obtain this information. I signed up and paid, but they did not provide any cell number information, they didn't really have it, it only appeared that they did. Waste of $5.
Paid over one hundred dollars for premium package. After getting it I find out I only have a short amount of look up. It gives you very small amount of information and tells you that you have to pay more to unlock more. Within a month you can't even access the people that you paid to do a search on. All of the information disappears and you have to pay again to see the same information. Less than a month and I can't do anymore searches but it says that I have a year membership. CAN YOU SAY T H E I V E S!
Saw the right address name and age. Hit the key all of a sudden name changes address changes to a new state and age change to 20 years older. Called the help number and told yeah that happens but we aren't a scam site. I dissagree.
I did a "reverse phone number" search and it stated it's a landline but I could purchase the "Premium" service for $4.99 a month to get more information on the phone number (name possibly and address, at least the state it's from). So I purchased the Premium package. I put in the same number that for FREE stated it was a landline and now it states "There is no information on that phone number"! I'm thinking I did something wrong so I put in my phone number and it brings up someone else's name, address etc! I entered our other (3) phone lines on our account and they ALL bring up other names! We've had these phone numbers for over (2) YEARS! I call Customer Service and he states they have no control over "when" they'll get updates to the information on the phone numbers! What! Why am I paying you for BAD information? "If" I had gotten information on the original number I was seeking NOW I cannot trust I'm getting the updated info. Plus remember I was given more information on that number when I searched for free (it was a landline)! WHITEPAGES IS A SCAM! DON'T BUY!
They are the most accurate and will remove false information without a fight. They take honesty to a new level. You should trust and rely on them. THEY ARE ALSO POLITE.
Looking for a cousin and thought I had found him. Numbers and address wrong or old. Said his mom was 9 yrs older than him. 2nd and final time I'll use this site.
I paid to get a check on a specific person in NC and it gave me a background check on a deceased person on the other side of the country

DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE! I paid for the $99.99 (500 lockups) after 40 lockups it was asking for an upgrade to continue. They count each time your curser touch the screen as a lookup. In the first place they are illegally selling private data and scamming you on top of it all. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY!
Most lookups come back with "no information found" yet they still charge for each search. Total waste of time and money. Their response amounts to "so what? Too bad!"
Charge my card stating on file, lying, thieving, piece sheet hoe, you scammed it off the phone, fuqu
Don't do it! All u get is a name, phone number, and address- things you could probably find out with a search at the courthouse!
Seriously they say they will provide more information but do not... stay away... find another site. Anything has to be better.
Stealing cards and double-charging them! Be careful even when outside of the US. Be prepared to dispute.

I just joined Whitepages Premium and found every phone number I needed was out dated or not the right number. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. There must be a better than Whitepages Premium!
