Online ordering was not that simple. It took me 5 tries before I finally got the order to go through, but once I finally got the order submitted, the order arrived quickly, which was great.

They look great. The license plate bulbs might be too long. They seem to be touching the lens. This may be ok, not sure. Will wait if they melt the lens.

Easy shopping thx! Two lines that I received had different names then were on the order invoice. I installed them and they seem to work. I don't know if they are the right ones but they work.

The YouTube video persuaded which was very detailed. This was the best video I have seen out of all of the one's I have seen for installation of the bulbs.

There is no estimated shipping time frame or window. Would like to see this. Also, will I get a tracking # via email?

One of the lights didn't work correctly.

Good for the most part, though the instructions were for previous parts, but it wasn't hard for me to figure out how to deal with the differences! A lot more light to see by down the road!

I think that the videos for installation in YouTube were essential for me to purchase your product. However, when I received the LEDs components for my CRV, the box contained all the LEDs, the tools but no instruction (printed or otherwise). Maybe add a not with the URL for your YouTube installation instructions will help future customers.

Your LED lights are great and bright, but I had to order the same lighting package to finish my Acura TSX. I guess email customer service doesn't do any good to get thinks worked out.

Having placed an order for 2016 Fiat 500X Pop Star 2.4L of four premium LED External lamps,
And none of them worked unfortunately.
I only got 'No Light' warning sign and light flickering after all.

Excellent customer service so far. They had sent wrong led and as of today waiting for the new ones. They are very timely with my emails.

The website would not work properly on my iPAD. Much of survey was already filled in from previous. Map light bulbs do not fit very well.

So far great easy to deal with quick service and delivery and when I had a question it was answered within 24 hours

LED lights are great. Flashlight is gimmick. Way too big and put out minimal light for a led. Would not buy again.

These bulbs look good and work well so far, but they are not bright at all. I wish they were brighter.
