I called at 7:20 pm and the repairman was here at 8:15 pm. My furnace is working well now and the bill was less that the original quote. In my experience, it is rare to find business that are this honest. Thanks Precision Air.

We believe in being gracious guests: When you invite us into your home or business, we promise to treat it with complete respect. Our code of conduct: Be grateful, be positive, be honest, be safe, and never compromise quality.
We believe in being worthy of your trust: Every Precision Air technician is clean, screened, educated, and prompt. Each has been drug tested, background checked and receives on-going training. This is a big investment for us. Only the best wear the Precision Air uniform.
We believe that you have the right to be 100% satisfied: HVAC systems are critical to your comfort and health. If our business is to stay healthy, we need you. Your referrals and online reviews help us feed our families. We want to be invited back again for seasonal cleanings.
We believe that pricing should be the same day and night: You will never pay an “after-hours surcharge” with us. We are always open, 24/7. You call, we arrive, and you are up and running.
We believe in “no surprise” pricing: You will know, before our work starts, exactly what your investment will be.
We believe in total system transparency: We inspect and test your system, then complete your performance report. What is working well? What is showing its age? What needs attention right now?
