I ordered a book on the electric systems from 12volt to 110volt, the book is everything you said it would be with photos,drawings,and clear explaining of what it is. Price was just fine and delivery was prompt. Only thing i wish that you could see a preview of what's in the books before buying, although with so many that would be hard, look forward to doing much more business with your fine company, i'm tough on places and how they do business, but you took that all away with your great products and service, going to stop buy on my way thru thanks very much rob b.

Order was shipped a lot faster than I expected. When contacting parts about something I thought was missing they were very helpful in explaining where it was. I will order from them again.
UPS lost our original order, so I contacted a PPL customer service rep. A couple of days later, PPL sent us another item while the UPS looked for the package. It arrived promptly and with no hassle. As far as I know, UPS never found the original order, but I received the reorder in a few short days. Thumbs up on the customer service!

The reason I did not give the excellent rating is, I ordered a product which was offered in two colors but I was unable to order the color I preferred. After I placed the order I tried once again to try and acquire the color preferred but was unable to do so.
Good price, dependable product and great service. I've done business with pplmotorhomes before and look forward to doing so again.
