I ordered my product on line. The next day i called and talked to a man in the service department to make sure that i ordered the right toilet. I explained all the measurements and everything so that he could check it before it was mailed. He told me that it was the right one but when the toilet arrived it is taller than my original. It sits on a riser so now it is about 2 in. Too high. I wouldn't be upset if i hadn't talked to someone and gave them the exact measurements and he told me it was the same toilet.

I have an older 5th wheel and wanted to add a AC. Purchased the Brisk Air II 13.5K BTU, but because I wanted a heat strip and ceiling controls had a little difficulty navigating the site to ensure I had the correct part numbers so everything would work. I called the toll free number and was helped with the correct parts and checkout in a matter of mins. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and the knowledge of the young man who helped me. The order arrived in less than a week even though it was freight and worked like a champ! I would highly recommend this company and the Brisk Air II. Not to mention they beat everyone's price I could find; saving me $$$.
