I was quoted a much higher price from my local rv dealer and found the same item at PPL for a lot less.the part arrived in just a few days.
I'm a Canadian trying to order on-line to have the parts shipped to California. Your on-line system won't accept Canadian credit cards like many other on-line sites do. I phoned parts and placed my order, but they couldn't take my credit card. They said that customer service would contact me, but I had to phone back twice to complete my order. The customer service agent did explain that a recent storm there had caused computer problems. You have a potential 35 million Canadian customers who can easily shop elsewhere.

Way to expensive for 4 pieces of plastic. You are like most RV product providers. You charge what the market will pay whether it is a fair price or not.
Everything I've ordered so far was very prompt and received in perfect shape.I have never had any problems.
Easy navigation. Quick, easy check-out. Would have liked better descriptions and more information on products. Maybe some customer reviews on products. Shipped quickly.
Looked all over for this hard to find part, found several but shipping $100 and higher, pplmotorhomes had the parts cheaper plus only $9.95 shipping and shipped very quickly. Best deal ever! I will never shop any where else, they are the best.
Canadian customers can not use the website to order-must phone in even if goods are delivered to US address. That is the only negative comment. Everything else was very good.
I just wish it was AMERICAN made.
We purchased a new Dometic refrigerator for our Roadtrek. The price was really good and shipping very reasonable. It came much quicker than quoted too which was terrific. We were able to get it installed in time for our trip. Thank you!
