I'm an old man and was having trouble understanding what I needed to buy to have satellite TV as well as DVR service in our RV. A year ago I bought a Tailgater, and that didn't work because we want to be able to watch live satellite TV and at the same time record something else on the DVR for later viewing. That doesn't seem like an unusual request to me--but I either don't communicate well or it is a difficult question. I guess doing those two things at the same time must be difficult. So I talked to customer service, Anthony in parts, and decided I needed a Dish VIP612DVR receiver box, which you did not have. I bought it from Sateliz. I don't have this setup operating yet, so like a year ago with the Tailgater, it ain't over till it's over. Your delivery was excellent--Two Days. The $75 freight caught me off guard, but I called after it came on the regular Fed Ex truck, and was told I would receive a $65.01 refund. Assuming that happens, I am a happy camper. I will not be using this until mid January, when we go to Florida for a couple months. I bought it now in hopes I can get it hooked up before the weather turns cold here in Indiana. I guess that's TMI, but that's what's going on with me. $#*! K.
