Unbelievably fast service
I just got off the phone with your Customer Service Person, Joanie. She was simply marvelous! I am in my own business and I want you to know that she and your entire company has done such a great job handling my questions and concerns. I little snafu happened on the shipment of the product I bought. The vendor happened to send a little bit different model. Joanie handled my concerns and benmt over backwards to help me out. I am completely satisfied with the company as a whole and will brag yo up tp whomever it may be.

PPL had what I needed. I thought it was a great price after pricing the same item at an RV Dealer. The lady I spoke with was were pleasant and took care of me. I have used PPL before and will again as the need warrants.

All your part numbers should have pictures
I only needed the motor. I used the motor and gear box, had to cut the wires so I could use the assembly, your motor had a connector that the old one did not. Used your wire and connector so all went well and the step does work. I have lots of left over parts!.

We were pleasently surprised with our first order. We was told that the item we ordered was half price that week which we did not know, that was great. Our order was sent Fed X and received it in two days. We have not tested the item yet but sure it is what they advertised.

I did alot of researching for the charger/converter part that I needed for my fifthwheel and I must say your company far exceeded my expectations on the price and product I received. There is no doubt that I will utilize your company for all future parts and supplies I need for my RV.
I could have gotten the same product at other places for about 25% less, but dealing with PPL made buying here worthwhile. Knowing that what I get will be exactly what I ordered makes up for the little bit of added expense.
