Very fast and easy. Everything just as stated. Shipping was very fast. Great place to shop.
The parts were not near original parts. Neither lock is user friendly at all. I have to squeeze my fingers between the inside door a screen door and the area where the deadbolt locks because it doesn't have a handle to turn. The outside lock has a more square sliding deadbolt so it doesn't even work in a door that had a round one before. I don't like the dome windows that only had a white plastic piece. I wanted something that let sun in like amber or clear.
I can always find what I am looking for. Thespeed of delivery was amazing!

Every aspect of the process was top notch except one product quality problem. That problem is associated to the material quality of the product.
The design and workmanship of the securing process with the bungee cords is very amateurish and fails to meet any quality standard. The design and material holding the Brass grommet was inferior and ripped when initial pressure was applied to secure the cover over the windshield.
I intend to return the product for a full refund.

I will let you know when I get it so far good. Received product and am using it. Had some issues at first, but contacted you and you were very helpful. A friend of mine came over yesterday and I told him you guys had the best price of anyone, and delivery was excellent. He went home and called me that he had ordered the satellite Winegard G2 and it was on it's way to him.
