Simple, easy ordering, parts in stock, priced nicely. Not the best price, but easy to use website and ordering. I am pleased with how quickly PPL shipped my order. The brown truck people did their usual fantastic job of beating hell out of the packaging and taping it back together, but thankfully they did not break my parts. Installation of my part went well using the included instruction sheet. Thank you, PPL Motorhomes!

Everytime I order from PPL, its a great experience. The product itself had a couple of issues of parts not being aligned right and screws not tightened completely during construction. This was not an issue or responsibility of PPL.
