The item I ordered was the exact fit for my camper. The item shipped and was at my home in 2 days. The ordering process was easy and the item I was looking for was easy to find. I would definitely order from this company again and I will recommend to all of my camping friends.

I had two items in my order. One of these was not in stock at PPL. They held the order for a week while the out-of-stock item was shipped to their facility. I should have been alerted to the problem and offered my choice of cancelling the out of stock item or ordering a different replacement. Total shipping time was 13 days from when I placed my order- far to long.
