Good sales, easy check out and hopefully very secure website! Thank you! We've not been able to take the stairs from the box yet and have them installed, but we're pleased, when we opened the box, that they look to be very heavily constructed. We could see no problems from looking down upon them but my husband is preparing for back surgery and will have to let someone else do the lifting and installing. I would reserve my rights to complain if there were a problem after lifting them from the box for full inspection, but they seem to be fine from what we can see at the moment. Thank you very much!

Web sight poorly constructed. Searches bring up poor results. Try pulling up wall lamps or ceiling lamps you get mostly bulbs and lamps, not fixtures. No pictures on search, you have to read descriptions and guess. Trying to find brushed nickel wall and ceiling light fixtures, very difficult to find.
Sub searches take you to vendors which might work if you are only looking for a replacement part and you happen to know the vendor.
My experience with PPL was excellent. Totally satisfied and will tell, with confidence, my friends about the speed and friendliness of the staff.
