Web site easy to use and seems to work well Product arrived in good condition, however I paid for 3 day shipping and it took 6 days to arrive (probably the same amount of time the free standard shipping would have taken) I really think the 3 day fee should be refunded.

I decided to pay more and get the Cummings parts for my RV generator because the after market parts were cheaper but trying to find these was very confusing as the sellers do not generally give a complete explanation what parts are compatible with my Onan generator.

Great price but evidently their online ordering system was hacked as our debit card info was stolen. To the tune of $875. After bank confirmed, I called PPL and the Asst Mgr slipped and said they'd had several instances in the past week. Not happy with that response at all.

I was in Anchorage Alaska with no working steps on my diesel pusher. PPL had the item in stock and delivered it to AK in a timely fashion and did everything they said they would to help us with the purchase. Will purchase from them again.

Didn't know we needed to order other things. Now we get to wait again. Need clearer info on products on website.
