Easy and friendly, I live in Seattle area and for the same water heater without the door was $479.99 to$549.99. The pricing was great and the customer service was outstanding. We paid $371.08 for the water heater, new door, roll of sticky tape for the install, and the shipping. I wish they had a location in the Seattle area. We will use them for all of our motorhome needs in the future. Thanks again PPL.

It would be nice if we could click on a large photo of the object.
Only thing that could have been better was shipping cost. I could have mailed my order in a small Priority Mail box from the USPS and shipped it for about $3 less.
