Excellent service. Christy Monroy was great. Helped me find what A/C I needed and somehow got it to me in what I consider record time considering that the city was drowning around her. When installed on my trailer it worked beautifully. Thanks to Christy and PPL for great service.

I called first to check the width because it didn't state it then ordered on line, but after I slowed down and read it all it was stated there, I won't be installing it until this summer, I have to put an extension on my shed so I can work on it in the dry. The instructions are explained very well, the YouTube videos on this subject are helpful
