I appreciated the quick response on the phone. Thank God I didn't have to listen to a lot of phone messages to place my order. The gentleman that I talked to on the phone knew his business and I had my parts ordered in just minutes.

Never revived shipping confirmation had to pick up 8miles away was not delivered to me

Worked just as they advertised.

Only problem was that the delivery driver carried the hot water tank with only one handle which gave way making him drop the package and bent the housing which was to fit the hole in the camper.
It took a lot of effort and time to bend everthing back to working shape.
Was not perfect but nothing else was damaged.

Fast shipping. Suburban water heater did not work. Warranty covered repairs

Website was having problems and started with "cart" issues and then when paying for the order, took way longer than most sites and I was beginning to wonder if it was going to give me billing problems!

The product I ordered was a Pump and it was just put in a box without any bubble wrap or wrap paper to secure it in place inside the box so it was totally LOOSE in the box risking being broken. A very POOR way to ship!

I use PPL for all my RV needs. Great store and Great prices.

Prices was obviously better than camping world and even beat out Dyers RV online. Product got here a day early. I have zero complaints at this time.

Called to verify for proper of a replacement of a power inverter, very helpful; easy to order.

Great. There was only one thing I couldn't find. I need a outlet valve for draining the fresh water tank.
