It was all good except I received the wrong parts and had to do a lot of extra work to my bike jus to go trace wrong size postings were sent so I had to port polish shave heads and bore out my cylinders all in 1 day thx a lot

I felt that it would be easier to filter for specific make/model/year of bike.. Maybe there isn't a lot of parts available for a 2004 suzuki katana 600....?

PayPal asks for the sellers (PowersportParts) email or phone number to complete the transaction. It would be helpful if the appropriate information was provided near the PayPal logo on your site.

Would like a way to be able to know or ask about expected availability of product when it indicates that it is out of stock right there when trying to add to cart.

I called and left a message with a question and received no call back...thus far my only disappointment. I did receive my slip ons and my only dissatisfaction was a small dent in the top of the canister and it was not due to the sender. I didn't send them back because the original mufflers were removed. I was very pleased with power sport parts other than no call back with questions. I would still order from them again.

They sent the order out quickly! They must be really busy, because they don't answer phones or reply to emails. I have to get an RMA# to send something back but no one will respond! I place a second order before I knew any of this. A week later still not processed. I had my first order in three days. Sounds like a big place but guessing it is a small shop. Hope you have better luck if you buy from them.

All I needed was a timely reply to my email and I would think they are a great shop.

I was very suspicious initially since they had the lowest price on Shoei RF1400 i could find online. Website doesn't look super trustworthy but i bit the bullet and placed an order. I used paypal just to be safe so i could get a refund if something went wrong. They shipped my helmet next day and 3 days later it arrived brand new without any issues! This is not a sponsored or paid review, so if you're not sure if it's a scammy website, then don't worry it's a legit website.
