I was very suspicious initially since they had the lowest price on Shoei RF1400 i could find online. Website doesn't look super trustworthy but i bit the bullet and placed an order. I used paypal just to be safe so i could get a refund if something went wrong. They shipped my helmet next day and 3 days later it arrived brand new without any issues! This is not a sponsored or paid review, so if you're not sure if it's a scammy website, then don't worry it's a legit website.

I have been trying to order the rear rotor for my 1985 BMW K100. There no indication anywhere (that I could see) in the description of this rotor if it is the rear or the front?? I'm hoping that I got the right one, based on my own research on other sites.

less information on fitment compared to other sites concerning metric bikes. had the best price for the product that i'm looking for. that makes me a little nervous, but the store has a good rating, so i'm rolling the dice.
It is really lame that we have to sign up for your parts place when we could handle it all with simply going PayPal. What's the point of wasting time by signing up for even more newsletters etc, when clicking PayPal would have done it all. Weak........
Used paypal to pay for my transaction, your site asked me for my billing address, paypal has that on file, integrate your online payment system with paypal like everyone else. it's OK to join the 21st century.
Once I made the order it took two days for the processing and shipping to start. If you are in a hurry for your parts this could be a problem,also I tried contacting the seller after order was made and was unable to get an answer or responce.
The navigation was definitely the first issue.Lol.Anytime I would click "Next Page" it would take me back to the beginning of my search.Hell.. I even switched devices and it did the same thing. Also,I had to "re-enter" my email 17 times during checkout...because it wouldn't recognize it the first time as a legit email. To be honest, all I did was copy and paste my email 17 times... what was different about the 17th copy and paste? Lol.

I needed to place a "drop ship" order. I did not want to send this order to where i am located in Sherburne NY. I wanted this to ship to CA, but your page would not let me put a different "BILLING ADDRESS" than the "SHIPPING ADDRESS.
That makes ordering very inconvenient in the long run for us. We have to receive it and then ship it out to our site in need.

Your website won't allow a separate shipping address at checkout. I tried both FireFox and Chrome with no difference in behavior. I can only hope that your order fulfillment staff will be able to correct this issue based on the email I sent in response to the order confirmation.
good price. You can tell item wasn't in stock that item took 4 days to ship. But once shipped item was received in a timely manner. Would just like to know if it's in stock before ordering.

It took a very long time to hear from anyone to verify parts availability. For a business to succeed, good communication and customer service is what makes the purchaser feel confident they're getting a good sale and creates return customers and his friends coming to you as well.

your site is very confusing at checkout, even now I wonder how many times I paid for my order since I had to make multiple payment attemts.
It said on your site that you had three of the Mustang seats in stock. I ordered one, then a day later was told your warehouse stated they are out of stock. Your website needs to show real time data. I made plans to have the seat before Bike Week, so I ordered it, only to have it cancelled. Not cool!
Not good first order I got was used and not new as was to be how ever they did replace with additional wait time very disappointed.
