I ordered a starter and an extremely great price. I was excited to find this company and purchase more from them. Turns out, they made a mistake on the price. Instead of honoring the price like more reputable companies do (Amazon), they decided to send me an email full of lies stating the product is out of stock and they don't have an ETA of when they will get more, so they kindly will cancel my order. Only thing, they're database stated that they had 7 starters in stock. DBMS systems are really efficient these days and being off in inventory by 7 simply doesn't happen. Instead of yelling lies to your customers, own up to your mistake.

So far so good - easy to find stuff on the site, great prices. Hopefully shipping is quick and the product is correct (picture shows black even though the part is silver).

Your price is the best. Even better than the sale price on the Rox website. Free shipping is excellent. I estimate the correct part will arrive in tact when requested, aside from a delivery mishap.

I am very satisfied with the way they handled this transaction. I did experience a shipping issue but it was not the fault of the vendor. The shipping company was responsible. I would do business with these guys again. Price was great order shipped within a reasonable period of time. Not much more you ask for. Customer service handled the issue with UPS too.

Great price, couldn't tell you about shipping, I was gone on vacation when it arrived. Product was new & sealed.

good price. You can tell item wasn't in stock that item took 4 days to ship. But once shipped item was received in a timely manner. Would just like to know if it's in stock before ordering.

Excellent, except, I wanted to send my item to a different location that billing address and the website would not allow me to select a different ship to address.

Your website won't allow a separate shipping address at checkout. I tried both FireFox and Chrome with no difference in behavior. I can only hope that your order fulfillment staff will be able to correct this issue based on the email I sent in response to the order confirmation.

A little slow with communication, but overall a good transaction. I understand there was a weather event going on, so allowances should be made. Great price on the product and received as ordered. Cheap standard shipping as well ( I drop shipped it to a friend in the U.S. - the canadian shipping was not a great price for these small items, but would have been good for a larger order ).

Everthing was fine... EXCEPT for the check-out process! I have NEVER had some much trouble using PayPal as I did on your site.
