I've lived in Portage for years and it's a wonderful city,
However, the contractors they hire seem to be slow or unqualified to do the work.
The latest is a simple project of a enhancement of the drop off point at the Portage City Library. This contractor has been working on this for months. And it's still not completed.
Road projects are a joke; they seem to take one if not two years. And when they're completed, the sewer manholes in the fresh pavement drop/sink within months.
