This is one of those companies that advertises pictures of OTHER designers' clothing but at drastically reduced prices. It's not their clothing. The company has an American name (the clothing is advertised under several different American names) but it's actually Shenzhen Hui Orange Technology Co., Ltd. located in China. They have workers there that try to recreate the items with the cheap materials they have. The clothing that arrives looks very little like the pictures advertised. And now they've got you. When you try to return it, they ask you to keep it or give it away as a gift to another. In my case, out of 6 items I ordered, only 3 were correct, and in very poor quality. I was sent 3 other completely different items to fill in, also cheap quality. They won't acknowledge or correct the mistake. I'm guessing they don't even intend to fulfill orders properly because they have your money. At that point it doesn't matter what they send. You can't send it back. "Popular Miss" stopped responding to my emails. I called Paypal for help. They said they could not. They said the only way for me to receive a refund is to return the items AT MY EXPENSE, TO CHINA, which would cost the same as the order. Asian companies create "front" companies that advertise other designers' clothing through pop up ads on FB and apps. It's a scam and I fell for it. I'm so frustrated and can't seem to do anything about it, but at least I can share my experience and hope others don't buy from Popular Miss, or other companies that use this practice.
