Huge collection! Anything i need for my kids popopieshop is one key solution to me. Different color, size and pricing make them more preferable to me.

First, I was supposed to get free shipping and I didn't. I emailed customer service immediately and got no response. Then, our items were delayed and it took almost a month to get them. Third, an item arrived defective. I reached out again to customer service and was offered a 12$ voucher for their website (which doesn't even cover shipping), then when I refused I was offered a $9.00 refund. When I asked for a replacement item instead, they told me to ship the item to an address in CA and then they would refund me (of course I had to pay to ship it back though). 100% not worth it. Do not buy from this company!

I will never buy from this site again. They advertise free shipping of orders over a certain amount and when you get your items postage is due. They claim it is custom fees and you cannot get your items until you pay the post office postage due. I reached out to them and they will not give me a refund if I return these items not opened like " return to sender" very bad business! Do not buy if you want to pay postage due! Very disappointed!

I received a dress that was missing tule stripe in the back, also treads were sticking out on the back button area. I payed $17 for shipping and waited over 2 weeks to get it. Customer service representative told me to send it back to CA on my own expense. When I suggested that the shipping should be covered since the item is defective they never responded back. It's totally not worth the price, wait and flustration. I would never buy anything from that site.

Cancelled an order the same day I ordered it, they mailed it to me anyway, without my knowledge. When it arrived I wrote return to sender on package, did not order. Now I find out the return address they had on the package is not theirs & they will not return my money. This was the last of 5 excuses they gave me. Scammers

My order was not delivered to my mailbox as stated in tracking response. When I contacted the company they told me to contact USPS which I did. USPS said that the tracking number the company provided was not a USPS number. Now unable to get anymore information from Popopsie

I ordered a dress for my greatgranddaughter, 12_24months I got what it says on it 120 which is 7plus, this is no use what's so ever I'm so very disappointed

They give fake tracking info then tell you to track it down. They steal your money and never receive the products!

The product was exactly as pictured and better! So cute! The service was fast. Even customer service had a quick response time when I needed to follow up on a billing question.
