Ordered a padded head rest from this company on Sept 6th, here it is a month later and no part. Emailed twice with no response. Called, but they don't answer the phone. Read the reviews, this company is out to rip you off. DON'T ODER FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I wish I had read all the bad reviews here before I ordered. I understand that Covid-19 makes it difficult to get things out, but don't promise if you can't fulfill. Plenty of other companies are finding a way to get things out in a timely manner when they promise such. You know there's a disconnect when I receive an email for a product review before I receive the product! I didn't get a shipping notice until I complained by email because I couldn't get through on the phone. Now the expected arrival is June 15th! Unacceptable based on expectations that were given on your site when I ordered with 2-day shipping on May 26th. It's June 11th today. I would have paid more for what I ordered to get it faster. When people say your company is a scam, that's what it means. Don't make excuses, apologize and make it up to people. This covid thing is going to help sort out the good companies form the bad.

I ordered a 115v circulation pump for my hot tub in August 18,2021. It came on time, but when installed it never even came on. I tested it by plugging it into a wall oulet also and still wouldn't run. I emailed the warranty/ refund and got an auto reply response. I have called both numbers listed on the website once a day for over 2 weeks and every other day for 2 weeks. I always get same response of everyone is busy please leave a voicemail. I leave the voicemail and still no response. It is now Oct. 1st and still no response.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH POOL SPA SUPPLIES! I ordered a heater assembly for my Dimension one spa and received it on July 14,2020. The description of the part stated it came with a flow switch. When I opened the box upon receipt I discovered there was no flow switch in the box. Because the connection between my original flow switch and the new heater was different I could not use my original switch. I called Pool Spa Supplies on the phone and never reached a human so I had to leave a message and I also emailed them several times and they have yet to contact me to help resolve this issue. I finally had to resort to shopping elsewhere to locate and purchase the compatible flow switch to make this work. I am very disappointed with Pool Spa Supplies and will never, ever do business with this company again and will do everything in my power to ensure no one else does business with them either. Consider yourself forewarned!

I ordered a circulation pump and they shipped it very promptly and answered my question immediately. I am very pleased with the product and I saved a few hundred dollars. Excellent!
Ordered pump July 13th, shipping label created July 14th. USPS says awaiting item. July 16th USPS still waiting so I started looking at reviews and realized everyone else having the same issues. July 20th still waiting so I called every # I could find. When you call you will hear 2 msgs, the first says leave "brief" msg followed by a 2nd one that hangs up on you. The website has lots of options but all of them send you back to the same page. July 22nd ordered from another online store. July 26 USPS still waiting for my item and just received my pump from the other online company. Now I have to contact my bank to reverse the charges with these guys. Their site lists 4.6 stars but independent sites list them below 2. 1. 6 is pretty bad. Probably get a better rating for returning money to angry customers, thanks for the headache and wasting my time
They took my money marked my order complete but i never got my pump it took 3 emails for them to respond and blame covid then had me think i could get pump with in month when pump did not ship again i had to contact them they then suggested a different pump and said it would match but then stated it was back ordered and it would be another month. I finally got smart and got my money back DO NOT ORDER FROM PSS they will blame covid for their inability to communicate just bad

I verified with an employee over the phone, that the spa model and year that was referenced on the company's website was the proper part. The product was shipped and received but was in fact the wrong part for the spa that we have. After contacting the company I was given an RMA # and told that there would be no re-stocking fee ($110) because the company's website referenced the wrong part number. After returning the product and failing to receive a credit, I spoke with Chava at PSS, and she stated they were going to charge a re-stocking fee. She is also the same person who originally stated there would be no re-stocking fee. Because of this situation, I have now had to dispute the claim with my credit card company. I highly recommend that you do not purchase products from this company.

There is no way to get though their phone, it always goes to voice mail. I left them a message that I wanted to check availability of an item before placing an order. Got a call back, the gentlemen on the phone assured me that he got my parts from the factory today and he can ship them tomorrow morning. I placed my order, the next day got THREE emails that it's been shipped via 2 Day Priority. Few days later the tracking still shows the carrier is awaiting the package. A week later I send them an email asking why my order is not tracking. They reply it is not in stock due to "crazy times" and delays from the factory, but they should get it in few days. (YET, MY CARD IS CHARGED AND I'M NOTIFIED THAT IT'S ALREADY SHIPPED!) I agree to wait few more days but ask them to cancel the order and refund if they can't ship it by the end of the week. No reply. Sent another email - no reply. I guess the only thing to do is dispute this with the CC.
Stay away from this dishonest company. They lied on the phone, they lied about shipping my item and they stopped replying to emails.

Hello, we care greatly. There's just some hangups with factory closures and issues related to the pandemic, but we are sorting through them. There was a state and city mandated stay at home order that required us to change up some stuff to continue operating. Can we get your full name or order number to look up that info for you and get you tracking info or cancel the order for you?

Answer: I had a good experience ordering a pool pump in early July 2020. Despite the COVID crisis causing all sorts of delays, I had the part in my hands within three days, it was the right part, and it is working great so far.
