Looks nice its supposed to be 14k gold with black diamonds but I'm not to sure about that but I'm happy enough

I was reading the messages coming up on their page telling people who bought what and why. I thought it weird giving people's names out. One message said they had finally won their first bid after a long time. I won 3 out of 4 in 12 hours. I researched gemstones and wondered why collectors or jewellers weren't buying such expensive stones. $6,000 diamonds going for $750. The grading and the prices never made sense. I kept reading the words "special designer jewellery" and the penny dropped. Why were there so many of the same items if they were specially designed? Mass produced crap. One of the items I seen online I had purchased before and was fake. I cancelled my account.

They don't refund shipping, even the unused part of $9 paid. RIDICULOUS - don't BOTHER

You know that 12.95 fee we pay for each item to come to us? They are awful, they have never gotten my items to me on their estimated time for delivery. It's been almost three weeks on some deliveries and I am told to be patient!

The pieces are nice, some silver is real but the rest don't, bother they look perfect but wear them for two weeks and the gold, silver or rose gold disappears very sad because I love the cut!

Answer this question for me please. Why is the shipping so expensive than what you buy for?

I have experienced losing a bid then being offered the item for a highet price so I think I will stay away. But, why is there no complaints filed with BBB? Only reviews. That makes me suspicious of the bad reviews. If I had a bad experience I would contact the BBB, who gives them an A+ rating.

Purchased a ring by auction their valuation/recommended price wad usd 12,200.00. I had a independent valuation done and item only valed at USD 683.00. Huge difference, expect some discrepancy but nothing as dramatic as this and they did not show my bad review, or reply.

Although the ring is pretty, It was advertised as AAA grade Tanzanite. My jeweler said it is manufactured Tanzanite. He did say that the sterling silver is genuine but altogether the ring is only valued at $60 and not the several hundreds as it was advertised. I will not be buying from this company again.
