The Federal Government of Canada created the present flawed, unfair, and undemocratic provincial legal system. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the Federal Government to investigate and correct the abuses and failings in the Ontario Government legal system. Leaving the lone, poor, abused, robbed, legally-challenged taxpayer to solely take on the huge, self-serving, bureaucratic Legal Mafia Monster reflects badly on the integrity of all elected government members.

The Ontario Provincial Government, all its Premiers and Attorneys General have all proven to be biased, unresponsive, dysfunctional, in collusion with, and complicit with the Ontario Legal Mafia. They all refuse to act, to investigate, to even acknowledge all lawyer, courthouse and Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General failings, refusals to act, refusals to acknowledge letters, refusals to answer all questions and refusals to address and correct all problems.
The Ontario Legal Fraternity has been given a special protected monopoly culture of irresponsible unaccountability and unquestionable entitlement to self-serving greed, self-policing, self-regulation, self-adjudication, self-protection, self-administration and self-serving biased justice which conflicts with our democratic laws of equality for all persons and all professions!

Ordinary Ontario middle-class citizens, dealing with any Ontario lawyer, are at a gross disadvantage. The entire legal system in Ontario is structured to protect incompetent, dishonest, greedy, self-serving, corrupt lawyers from Criminal Prosecution and from all complaints by the citizen-clients that they are allowed to abuse! Ontario DESPERATELY needs a dedicated, third-party, independent, arm's-length, unbiased, federal, non-lawyer LEGAL OMBUDSMAN to protect its citizens from this LEGAL MAFIA.
