I asked the Seniors Choice Life Insurance Company via email to send me information about their monthly cost for various life insurance coverages, at various ages, plus also for a blank copy of their insurance contract and terms. Sahra Ismail responded " We do not offer quotes over the phone. "

I then informed Sahra Ismail that I did not ask for any quotes over the phone. I then told her that I want to prepare for my meeting with their sales reps by going over their WRITTEN information and contract. Sahra Ismail then responded " Our advisors do not have the ability to communicate via email. We have found it's best to share a price with you over the phone."

Please note the contradictory change in her response. Seniors Choice obviously only wants to bamboozle me with their sudden, high-pressure, unverifiable verbal information. Be sure to contact your Lawyer before signing anything with this company!

In the war in Afghanistan, the military personnel killed was over 2,300, personnel injured was over 20,000. The total cost of the war in Afghanistan was over $2 trillion. The U.S. made no gains by entering this war. The Afghanistan War has given Afghanistan to the Taliban and has turned the country into a wasteland society!

By helping Ukraine militarily with equipment, the U.S. would strengthen Europe and NATO, and finally weaken Russia to the point where Russia would never again be a threat! No Americans will be killed or injured in the Ukraine/Russia war since no American soldiers are needed or involved. The total expenditures will not be as high as the other wars, and the U.S. assistance will not give the U.S. the negative reputation the other wars have given it!

The Watchdog of the Ontario Provincial Police is a farce and a sham!
The Office of the Independent Police Review Director (OIPRD) was created to give the citizens of Ontario, Canada the appearance that the misconduct of any Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Officer will be properly investigated and disciplined by an unbiased, independent civilian body.

When interacting with any Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Officer in Canada, be sure to fully record the entire incident on video and audio using your iphone or dashcam.
After a minor traffic incident in southern Ontario the investigating OPP officer refused to get a written, dated, signed statement, refused to gather, photograph and record available evidence, failed to wear a bodycam, fabricated fake statements, falsified incidents, created deliberate lies and even produced imaginary witnesses.

Jagmeet Singh has always been fully aware that the corruption in the Ontario LEGAL MAFIA of Lawyers and Judges needs to be repaired, since his days in the Ontario Government! He is now the Leader of the NDP party in Canada's Federal Government, but he still refuses to acknowledge, address, investigate and correct all the self-serving corruption in that Legal Mafia.

Singh's brother Gurratan is also a lawyer and politician, who has also done NOTHING to help Ontario citizens. Gurratan Singh was elected to the Ontario Government in 2018. Jagmeet Singh has self-righteously stated that his background in criminal defense contributed to his decision to enter politics, for the protection of citizen rights.

In October 2015, Singh introduced a motion calling on the government to instruct police services in Ontario to end arbitrary street checks, known as carding. Yet he has NEVER introduced a motion calling on the government to protect the middle class from the dishonest lawyers that are protected by their Law Society!

Singh introduced a private members bill to allow turban-wearing Sikhs to ride a motorcycle without a helmet. After the motion was denied, Singh was quick to criticize the government for refusing to enact his trivial bill. Apparently, enabling Sikhs to wear turbans is much more important to him and to society than investigating the greedy self-serving Legal Mafia robbery of the middle class!.

The Ontario ambulance service was overspending. Singh called for greater oversight of the agency and stated that the people of Ontario have been paying the bills with scarce health dollars and deserve the facts about what's happened. Yet he has NEVER provided the people of Ontario with the facts about how Lawyers rob their clients with their bloated, unverifiable invoices!

The Ontario Integrity Commissioner found that in March 2015, Singh had improperly used constituency office funds, as lawyers feel comfortable doing. We should all recognize that Jagmeet Singh should definitely be voted out of public office. Since his efforts are for his own self-aggrandisement and NOT to help the middle class citizens!

Why does Ontario Premier Doug Ford lack the integrity to stop the blatant corruption by Ontario's Legal Mafia members? Accountability is missing for the guardians of accountability, namely, lawyers and judges. Only politicians have the power to impose the collective will of citizens against the collective resistance in the Law Society and the other Legal Mafia members.

A basic level of honest conduct is necessary to the proper functioning of commerce. So what about lawyers and judges? Their own methods too often the famous saying that power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely!

Lawyers bill clients 20 minutes for calls lasting 5 minutes, and even bill for calls that never happened. Incidents like this happen all the time. If you want to contest a lawyer's bill—guess what! —another lawyer, sometimes a retired judge, conducts the review. This adjudicator then has impunity from all prosecution for incompetence, bias, dishonesty and even Appeal of their bad decisions!

Once the practice of law meant giving good counsel about justice and fairness. Over-billing is tolerated, if not encouraged, by firms that value profit above all else. Billing by the hour, whether a lawyer is lying or not, creates bad incentives and encourages unprofessional behaviour. The longer it takes a lawyer to solve his client's problem, the greater his income.

Former Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin said the justice system needs cultural change, although she did NOTHING about an implementation plan. The new Chief Justice Richard Wagner acknowledged that procedures for dealing with serious judicial misconduct complaints are outmoded, slow, and opaque. While Canadians expect transparency and accountability, we continue to operate under 1970s models of judicial administration of judges and lawyers!

The present Ontario Premier and his Attorney Generals have chosen to continue to complicitly approve of all LEGAL MAFIA dishonesty, self-serving greed and corruption by their total silence and their refusal to act to correct the system! Please write and ASK THEM WHY! Let all voters act to remove all politicians that lack democratic integrity and accountability!

Law Societies in Canada are UNIONS FOR LAWYERS!

The law societies consider you a nuisance. Your complaints will probably be dismissed out of hand by the law society. Law Societies protect lawyers from consumers, not consumers from lawyers! BEWARE, the law societies are the problem, not the solution! A Law Society will NOT pay you money, or make a lawyer pay you money, because of his or her incompetence or mistakes.

BEWARE getting a lawyer's name from a law society referral. Lawyers who subscribe to law society referrals pay a fee to the law society, and when it is their turn they get the next referral. There is no checking of skills, experience, suitability or discipline history for your case!

Law Societies will seldom do anything to help consumers with legitimate grievances, so BEWARE. They exist NOT for the protection of consumers from lawyers, but for the protection of lawyers from consumers. LAW SOCIETIES REPRESENT LAWYERS, NOT YOU. Even disbarred lawyers are quietly reinstated after the dust settles.

The Lawyer Attorney General of Ontario, Doug Downey, is responsible for overseeing the misconduct of the The Law Society of Ontario. He was a member of the Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist Board and was active as a mentor and sat on several committees.

The Law Society of Ontario is responsible for the regulation of the professional conduct, competence, and capacity of Ontario's lawyers. The Law Society of Ontario is the Lawyer's Union whose members pay substantial union dues for job protection! Basically a LEGAL MAFIA of self-serving corruption!

The LSO handles complaints in an unconcerned, trivial, opaque, biased and inefficient manner and does NOT balance the public's interest and its own Union Members' interests in a fair and unbiased manner. Both the processes and the outcomes are heavily and mainly biased towards lawyers.

Public complaints are quickly culled in the Intake and Investigation assessments. Complaints from Self-Represented Litigants RARELY reach any actual investigation and are usually quickly dismissed before ever reaching any LSO tribunal.

The Law Society's Complaint Resolution Commissioner CANNOT review any decisions. The Complaint Resolution Commissioner is a Law Society employee, hired and fully paid for by the LSO. Any meetings with the Complaint Resolution Commissioner by any Self-Represented Litigants, are a mere sham and charade to attempt to portray fairness to the biased process.

Every Canadian should write and question the Ontario Premier and the Ontario Attorney General why such obvious government-approved bias, and such clear self-serving corruption exists in our democracy?

Everyone has the right to an effective judiciary. The judges in Canada are NOT effective because they are NOT impartial when an ordinary citizen takes a Lawyer to court for any reason. My last judge did not let me present my case, did not allow me to speak first, nor did he ask me any questions. My last judge did force my case to be heard LAST to ensure that there would be no witnesses to his corrupt, biased behaviour. My last judge did quietly pass secret documents and notes between himself and the Lawyer-Defendant without allowing me to see them, to ensure that there would be nothing in the transcripts to prove his deliberate corruption.

One judge was pre-Alzheimers and actually did not remember the name of the plaintiff.
One judge gave a different decision verbally than in writing.
One judge did change his mind and did refuse to act on what he had agreed to in court.
One judge had actually written up his decision before the Hearing.
One judge met with the Defendant in the locked courtroom before the Hearing.
One judge did illegally cancel a scheduled Hearing without telling me.
One judge did make a decision without the Defendant or his lawyer being present.
One judge did refuse to allow relevant subpoenaed documents to be submitted for a Hearing.
One judge did hold a non-verbal Hearing by passing secret notes to the Defendant to ensure that the transcripts would not reveal his corruption.
One judge did take illegal possession of, and did wrongfully adjudicate matters scheduled for another time and by another judge.
One judge did refuse to allow me to audio record his biased Hearings and stated that I would have to pay for court transcripts.
I am outraged that the biased, incompetent Canadian Judicial Council even exists because the response to my complaint about my non-verbal judge did result in being quickly told that I was "IRRATIONAL" for even complaining about him. The Canadian Judicial Council never bothered to investigate my allegations. The Chief Justice of Canada, who is in charge of the Judicial Council, did obviously approve of that response.
