I purchased shirts for my wife in an xl when delivered they were maybe a medium to large. She couldnt not wear contacted their customer service and no help whatsoever. I have returned package now two months ago, still no refund and out of my package also. Poor product and poorer customer service. Beware of these scammers!

I ordered two shirts and one dress back on 5/16 and paid for shipping to ensure I would be provided a tracking number and have it in two weeks. I only got notification that "part" of my order shipped, but never had confirmation why or what parts. I received the two shirts almost 3 weeks later. I am still waiting for my dress that I ordered for a bridal shower that has gone and went. They still cannot confirm when it'll arrival if it ever does. The two shirts I received are nothing like the pictures. The material is horrible and size doesn't fit like it should.

DO not buy from this company! I am not sure if I will ever get my merchandise and now I am worried that when it comes it wont fit. I ordered on Nov 4 assuming I would get it by Christmas but today is Dec 21 & I have not received my shirt so disappointed and wish I had known where the company was located. Had I known and read the bad reviews I would never have ordered from them. Lesson learned! Facebook should remove them as a bad company to be allowed to sell on their pages.

The two shirts I ordered took forever to arrive. One arrived after about a month, and the other came two weeks after that.

The quality is HORRIBLE! They also run 2-3 sizes smaller than what they say. A 3x fits like an XL. Just ridiculous.

Sizes were all wrong on 6 or 7 shirts I ordered and they wouldnt make it right. They sent xl shirts when a 2 x was ordered. Some were listed as larges too. Wouldnt replace them for the correct sizes. Will NEVER buy from them again. I dont even want to give them a 1 star rating.

Buyer beware! I ordered from them Nov 8th, 2017 here it is December 20th and ive yet to receive either of the two shirts i ordered. One shirt didnt ship out until i complained December 2nd. They are offering a half refund of shipping for my troubles. Their favorite line please be patient and if you got insurance on it. The link never updates. Worst company ever!

I ordered two items from Plusinlove about 3 months ago, I live in Mexico and I know everything's coming from $#*!in' China! Wtf? I am actually sueing this company, and I want a refund! But Linda still saying "Best regards" lol. What the hell!?

These are not even close to the size chart we ordered larger than we wear and they fit teenagers absolutely a waste of money plus took almost 6 weeks to receive and I had to email them several times will NEVER order again

I ordered two pair of the same shies different colors... and they are two different shoes... styrofoam with straps!
One pair is so narrow I couldn't even get my foot in them. The dress i bought looks nothing like the one i ordered and the size is all wrong! Very disappointed...
Rip off...$70 gone!

I ordered 4 items, spending almost 100.00 dollars. Sizes were all 2x, i wear an xl but wanted the shirts a little big. Once the order arrived, 5 weeks after order was placed, none of the items fit. All were extremely small. Contacted company about refund and they said sizes are based on Eu sizes not US sizes and that i should find a friend to sell the shirts to.

Never received my package and when I contacted them about it they said my order number was invalid and they can't do anything. They charged my card but somehow can't find the order. Absolutely garbage store and awful customer service.

Clothing runs small. Site says items will be a certain number of inches, I purchased my items based on that. When I received items, they were both 10 inches smaller than site said that size would be. I contacted customer service, they said "give the items to a friend and buy something else with a small discount"

I'm still attempting to get a refund!

I ordered t-shirts for Christmas Eve. There wasn't anything about being shipped from China - they are telling me might order is stuck in customs. Please don't use this company.

I ordered over a100.00 worth clothing on November 28 and the site claims they mailed it out and was to be delivered in 1 to 8 days, I have not received my order. Also because of free shipping I am not able to track order, which was not mentioned at time of completing order. My credit card was hacked for 100.00 dollars when I made this purchase which thank God my credit card company caught. I tried emailing plusinlove only to be brushed off with their response. Do not shop here you will regret, I will be contacting BBB, this place is a scam!

I ordered a dress for Easter about 18 days ago. Site said 1-8 days shipping. After about 10 days I still had not gotten an email saying my order had shipped so I emailed Plusinlove. They returned my email and stated they would rush my order and to please be patient. After 7 more days had passed and still no email that my order had shipped I am pretty pissed. I emailed again and was told that my dress was out of stock and it would be another 8 days! Easter is this coming weekend. I ordered another dress from Amazon. It has already shipped and will be to me by tomorrow. Don't order from this site. They are full of it! Contacting BBB!

Clothes run WAY small and to send back cost more than my shirts did and they do not want refund me my money or will they pay to ship back... bad business will never order again

I placed my order in November with confidence it would arrive in the 12 days as promised. It is now December 20 and I have nothing! I guess Ill be out buying something different for gifts. My first and last orders with this company. Actually I have decided to report to BBB.

Ordered an item that was supposed to be a 3x but was more like a medium. Thin material and it even came with a rip in the seam. According to customer service, I was sent in photos of the item with the rip and whatever else they requested and still nothing over a month later.

I ordered two products... one was the size their chart SAID would fit. It came in a size my granddaughter's Barbie couldn't fit into. The second item came and instead of a bralette... it was a single piece of lace that was a circle... nothing more. The Gstring was about the size to fit a toddler. If you want to track your order, they MAKE you pay for the shipping to get a tracking number, which is useless... you see it is going through Chinese customs... into LA and it ends from there... I ordered through my Paypal so I can demand my money back-- I am not paying to ship ANYTHING back to this company, when THEY are the problem and the ONLY reason I want my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY TO ORDER FROM A CHINESE COMPANY LIKE THIS! It also took 3 weeks to get a piece of elastic lace... I had a bad feeling, so I only ordered $25 worth of stuff... the clothes are so cute, but they are a rip off and a scam and are probably made by kids in a factory of child labor violations. SCREW THEM!
