After placing my order, I was notified that there would be a delay and offered the chance to cancel. I was not in a hurry and able to wait. The item arrived well before the indicated delay date. I was glad that I waited and that Plumbtile had notified me and didn't keep me hanging. I would definitely do business with them again.
Placed an order on 10/27, received an email from Dawn telling me the order will take 18-22 weeks and it is non-returnable, non-cancellable. OK, I said proceed with the order. On Oct. 31 I get an email that it will be an extra $98 to ship my order (this is on a $1,000+ order). Unacceptable bait-and-switch ordering process. Avoid this seller and give your business to a company that doesn't use these tricks.

When I did a search on Google for the make & model faucet I wanted, your site came up with a list of others for the same price, AND a line that stated "Free shipping· No tax." When I went to check out, I was charged tax, so this was very much a bait & switch.
I wish you had informed me when the item shipped. No tracking number was provided until I asked you where was my item. You can definitely improved on this area.
For Billing and Shipping address it defaults to Outside of the Country it should default to United States
It is hard to search for the faucets since you have to click on the different varieties first. I rather search within the whole selection. Thank you! Good selection though!
I ordered this product on Nov 13th and did not get it until Nov 28th. I called and emailed twice asking if it had been shipped because I wanted to get it before Thanksgiving, we were redoing our bathroom for company, and although they did get back to me when I contacted them, they never got the product out the door until Nov 22nd. Finally got it yesterday.
Pricing and special discount information presented during google search was different (cheaper) than website pricing (and special discount not applicable)

The pricing is not clear and there is only one option for a coupon code. So, if you are a new customer from California you need to choose either the 5% off or tax give back. In addition, the math for the total cost doesn't add up.

It was disappointing to see that the item had free shipping originally to then be told it didn't. Not only that, the shipping cost is not available on the spot. I need to call or be called... I still gave you 3 star out of wishful thinking in the event the shipping cost is low. Otherwise, 1 star

The chat function worked until I asked my question, then nothing. I stepped away from my computer briefly after I had been waiting a significant amount of time and when I returned the chat box was closed out. I was able to get my question answered elsewhere.
I wish I could have had a chance to do a final review (I selected the "continue" button not realizing it would place my order). That should be made more clear. Also there were no expected shipping dates for any of the items. I assumed that would be reviewed before my order was confirmed.
