Would not recommend this company. They scammed my 84yr old mum. They charged her almost twice the cost they originally quoted for fitting a new toilet. After they left her central heating had 'coincidently' stopped working, she called them less than 10 minutes after he left & they tried to charge her another £129 call out for the engineer to go back. They were going to leave her over a weekend with no heating or hot water, so i had to find another plumber to fix the issue they had caused. Awful customer service, no morals whatsover - do not use!
Can't comment on standard of work as it's never happened. Been messed about by the office for days, now been told my job won't be done before Easter. Shocking customer service go elsewhere would be my advice.
Rang Rightio to send plumber to quote for moving a radiator along a wall ( Checkatrade advise cost of doing this is at £300-£400 in 2023 on their website). A plumber arrived shortly afterwards and left. An hour later Rightio rang back and without hesitation quoted £2730.00 + Vat? Avoid at all costs.
Over promise and under deliver, eventually got the quote for the job, the woman seemed very shocked when she told me that the boiler itself would cost itself cost £3,000 when I was able to tell her that the exact same model was available for retail at £1,118 with VAT. Luckily I found this out at this stage.
Never finish a job. Keep saying it's s complicated job. Wanted over £340 to change a leaking pipe. At the end my mate did it for £60 including labour. Took him 20 minutes
£458 to replace a seal around the bath £20 sealant £357 labour plus VAT of course
