Worst internet ever. We cannot continue our job because you are the worse network! Loss of money. Work your $#*! off PLDT we pay good so we have a better internet.
Their home reward program has been in maintenance since a couple of months ago. They should stop posting this kind of marketing strategy if there is a pending issue to be rectified. I still can't sign up for the rewards system to take advantage of their promo since I always settle the bill a week before the due date. Every time I check with their agent via messenger, they cannot provide me with reliable and consistent information. Every agent has different reasons, and no alternative resolutions or compensation is offered as well. They don't even provide you with a reference or any number that will serve as the ticket number. I don't think they are really escalating this to the correct department, or if the correct department is really fixing it.
Service are sucks. Installer came here and told us they can't install because we don't have a pole even the installer is just standing at the back of the car and never checkAfter 2 weeks I saw him installing on the next block without a pole as well and way afar from our house. How was that possible.
1 January I paid my payment bill, but for some reason it wasn't reflected at my account. Since 7 January when i knew about that i started attempts to reach to customer service and solve this issue. Eventually, I sent them proofs to email and they told me to wait 48 hours. When it passed i called again and they told me the same info. Till current day i keep calling then regular and they do nothing just keep telling me that it's ok. Almost 2 months passed and they just stole my money and don't try to cooperate
Following on from my review of last year. We are well and truly into FIBRE! I was having so many problems with Internet connection that I was offered a FIBRE connection with increased speed from my 5mbps to 10mbps. GREAT.
Wrong! The FIBRE system is continually breaking down. Best of all, every time you ring 171 to complain, they have NO solutions to offer and 2 days later you get a call from PLDT marketing wanting you to move up to the next speed level for only another 200 peso pm. What can one say about a monopoly? A European Saying would be "All mouth and Trousers" They love to spout off about how good they are, how importent you the customer are! When it comes down to basics, they could not care less...
Every five minutes they come up with new (give me more money) schemes and never stop to make sure the product works correctly. PLDT ran an online "Feed Back" competion in 2016 and in late December announced me as winning a 4 core Tablet and it would be delivered in 3 - 4 weeks. I am still waiting 12 weeks later and my email inquiries have be ignored! SO! Who Cares "WE ARE A MONOPOLY, PISS OFF
Although you pay for a "100 Mbps" plan, do not expect much from your subscription. At best you can expect 25 or so Mbps, at worst your Mbps can fall into the dreaded less than 1Mbps (the slow, dreaded Kbps speeds...). For the past few months, I have a bad feeling I have not experienced full 100Mbps speeds (maybe bandwidth) but it seems like PLDT is not taking measures to resolve the bad internet in this country. That being said, most of the time you can expect websites loading text only, images not loading, even Unicode characters not loading, choppy audio in calls and online classes and conferences, and in the worst scenarios, your Wi-fi crashing and losing your online work and your online class also crashing. 100Mbps plan that yields like <1Mbps to 20Mbps looks like a scam. Some branches of PLDT are better than others, but not by much, as most of them give 20Mbps at best. I hope you can take measures against this problem...
