Following on from my review of last year. We are well and truly into FIBRE !! I was having so many problems with Internet connection that I was offered a FIBRE connection with increased speed from my 5mbps to 10mbps. GREAT. Wrong !!! The FIBRE system is continually breaking down. Best of all, every time you ring 171 to complain, they have NO solutions to offer and 2 days later you get a call from PLDT marketing wanting you to move up to the next speed level for only another 200 peso pm. If they are unable to supply a service on my present plan, why pay them a further 200 peso for the same NO SERVICESee critical reviews
