I purchased this 2 times on accident ''poor purchasing system'' and also got a key that didn't even work for the game CLEARLY specified as ''strayed vr'' even including a picture of the game. I redeemed my two codes and BOTH said the same thing, ''product already owned'' which is UN TRUE if it was talking about strayed.

Safe and fast deliveries of orders. Cards codes are even delivered nearly instantly, the customer service answer quite fast and stay with you until the end, I 100% would recommend Playasia.

Stop forcing double authentication on me. It's annoying and a waste of time when I consider my account secure enough for the low danger it possess even if hacked.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. This website is nothing but a scam. I purchased digital services/codes from them, and not only did they fail to deliver as promised, but their customer service is an absolute joke.

After weeks of back-and-forth emails with their so-called support team, I still have no real resolution. They could've mentioned your bull$#*! 'terms and conditions' from the start instead of wasting my time for weeks asking me to provide screenshots several times. I did not receive valid codes, and you outright stole money from me.

What's worse is their total lack of accountability. As a loyal customer for years, the least you could've done was offer a refund or in-store credit. Instead, I got meaningless responses that sound copy-pasted from a script. Your customer service team is totally inept—honestly, I bet AI would do a better job soon.

This entire experience is beyond disappointing, and I will never make a purchase from your scam site again. Rest assured, I'm reporting this to consumer protection agencies and disputing the charges with my bank.

Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and lost money. Don't fall for their scam. This company is unethical, untrustworthy, and should be avoided at all costs.

If you're looking to purchase digital gift cards, try PC game supply or CD Keys instead!

Horrible experience trying to purchase PSN gift codes as a present for a friend. I bought 4 $50 codes and none of them work. Support is extremely unhelpful and sent me in circles. Would not trust at all for anything but physical goods, and even then you can probably get a better deal just by looking on Amazon.

Save your money, don't get scammed.
