I enrolled my child in PlanetSpark's program after they promised flexible refunds and quality English instruction. After several months, I experienced significant issues that remain unresolved.

Key Problems:

Broken Refund Policy: PlanetSpark promised pro-rata refunds if we decided to withdraw, but they have completely ignored all refund requests. Despite multiple emails, chat messages, and attempts to contact their support team via WhatsApp, no one has responded or processed any refund.

Low-Quality Teachers: The instructors assigned to my child speak broken English and lack clear communication skills. As a parent in the US seeking quality English instruction, I was disappointed by the instructional quality which does not meet advertised standards.

Upfront Payment Without Guarantee: They charged for an entire year of classes upfront, claiming they would refund if anything was unsatisfactory. This promise was never honored.

Unresponsive Support: The support team stopped responding to chats entirely after the initial enrollment period. When they do respond, messages are generic template text with no resolution.

Ineffective Support Tickets: Support tickets are automatically resolved after a few days with auto-generated responses saying "we are working on it"—no actual investigation or follow-up occurs.

Deceptive Marketing: PlanetSpark uses aggressive enrollment tactics and makes promises they do not keep. Their business practices appear designed to collect upfront payments while providing minimal refund accountability.

Recommendation: I cannot recommend PlanetSpark to other parents. They collect substantial upfront fees, fail to deliver quality instruction, ignore refund requests, and provide inadequate customer support. Other parents should explore alternative platforms with transparent refund policies and verified instructor quality.

I had a terrible experience with PlanetSpark's services. My spouse and I attended a counseling session conducted by Ms. Pooja Sheoran where she explicitly assured us that if at any point we felt the platform was not beneficial for our child or if any issues arose, we could cancel the admission and receive a full refund. Based on this assurance, I paid Rs. 9,500 as admission fees and Rs. 48,850 as course fees, totaling Rs. 58,350, immediately. When I posted reviews on Trustpilot about them then the called and threatened me about the possibility of not refunding until I delete the review. Then I decided to take my hard earned money from these scams so I was forced to delete and they have refunded only Rs ******* keeping Rs ******* as their cancellation just for one class. After attending three demo classes and one observation class, we realized that the platform was unsuitable for our child. The evening classes clashed with my child's school schedule, leaving them overly tired and unwilling to continue. Following this, I sent approximately 10–15 emails requesting a refund, but the PlanetSpark team outright refused. They claimed that since they were willing to provide the service, the refund could not be processed, even though our situation clearly made it unfeasible to continue. When I reminded them of Ms. Pooja Sheoran's promises during the counseling session, they denied any possibility of cancellation or refund. This experience has shown me that PlanetSpark operates in a deceitful and unethical manner. Their behavior feels fraudulent, exploitative, and predatory, targeting the hard-earned money of common individuals. As a government employee, I cannot accept this financial loss and will not let it go unchallenged. I strongly urge all parents to be cautious.
