I purchased what I thought was a bundle which included Dish TV and Frontier internet as was advertised. It seems no one from Dish or Frontier knows anything about it. Looks Iike I will be the loser in this deal as Frontier refuses to give me a discount that was advertised. Disappointed!
I canceled my services and had a deinstall performed after 3 days due to poor signal. DISH stated that Planet DISH was responsible for refunding the initial fee I paid them of 49.99 and to call them directly to let them know the services were deinstalled and they would issue a refund. I did just that and one hour later I was still being transferred around and around and no one in "customer service" was available. I had to ho through my bank to dispute the transaction in order to get my money back. These people are SCAM ARTISTS.
I was promised the world for the first twenty minutes of my conversation with a Dish representative. After I agreed to the services provided and registered a credit card the price for services nearly doubled. I then told the representative I did not want any Dish services and she proceeded to tell me that I have already been charged and to have this charge removed I will "have to stay on the phone with customer service for 30 min to 2 hrs." I thought TWC(Spectrum) was the sorriest, but I believe Dish has taken that place.
The technician really wasn't trying to install bc we didn't have all flat screen TVs. So he acted as if he couldn't do it. But I talked to him from work, and let's just say he got er done

Could not find all the sites I said I wanted and was told that there were they. Almost alll is junk sites that I do not watch or want and the price is much too high for it. I really wanted NatGeo and while there is one it is not the one with animals it is more of a advertisement site I am very disappointed and I will place a call to the states atty gen on tues to see about getting out of this as there isnt much that I wanted and wish to watch and more junk then any other site I believe.
They were very helpful and diligent. Struggled getting 2nd TV to properly connect to Joey! Still doesn't work properly. Did when they left, but has to to be unplugged periodically to make it work!

Answer: Impossible! They will send you in circles for hours to avoid dealing with basic customer service issues like issuing refunds for cancelled service.
Answer: SCAM... they will send you in circles if you have an issue after they get your money.
