Like many others have stated, I signed up for a monthly plan because I only needed the website as a one time use plan. I selected monthly, added my payment and BAM, charge for $119 shows up. I did not use a single thing on their website or download anything but they are still charging me. They sent me an email agreeing to refund part of my money and informing me that they would be stealing the other part which I had to agree to, but they never gave the refund and are not responding. This company is a complete scam at best.

Fraudulent company that charged me nearly $90 twice after I called them internationally almost two years ago to confirm that my subscription was cancelled before it would renew. I am currently in the process of taking action to have this company shut down and will proceed if I am not credited the two charges (nearly $180) back to my account immediately. There are many victims of this scam company and I will not be one of them.

I am a single mom trying to get a business going for me and my kids. I signed up for Printfy and the company placeit kept popping up on the screen. So I signed up for the company because I thought they were apart of Printfy. It said $6 and later that day I noticed they had taken not just $6 dollars but $76 that I did not authorize. I spoke with someone through chat and email and it seemed to be the same person every time I did get someone on the chat. They used every excuse in the world not to return my money even after I explained to the lady I could not afford that and it was a part of my rent money. They are a scam.And now that I look at the receipt it says $89. Please Please watch out for them.

I purchased their subscription, they barely had any selection for Bella Canvas 3001 T-Shirts. I tried out one or two models to see how they would like and absolutely hated them. So I proceeded to ask for a refund and cancellation of my subscription since I practically didn't even use their services and this was denied. I mentioned the EU law that grants me the right to a 14 day refund but they claim I consented to withdrawal of such right when I used their service. What a scummy and scammy way to run a business, they are clearly just a cash grab, DO NOT USE THEM.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! First, they charged me around $90 for the annual membership WHEN I ONLY WANTED THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION! That's so fraudulent and unfair. It never asked me for confirmation of payment, they just stole my money! But you know what, my stupid self let it slide and I said "Oh well ill just use the yearly membership now that I have it." WRONG! They're now charging me for FREE downloads! I got charged $4 for a free image that I have unlimited access to. Even with the yearly membership, they will find ways to steal your money. I thought my membership was unlimited, but no they charge you regardless for every download. STAY AWAY FROM PLACEIT! I want my full money back now. If they don't respond, I will be taking further action.
