This company came out and repaved the roadway for our HOA last August. From the start, we knew that it did not look right, but we were assured that it would "settle" and everything would be fine. This was not the case. The entire roadway is uneven, you can see the aggregate and we already have pot holes. The service manager came out a few times over the past 8 months. The first time he said the asphalt was bad and the second time he stated the asphalt wasn't heated properly. That said, he kept stalling about redoing the work. He said only certain parts looked bad and should be redone. We beg to differ. The entire property looks horrible. Now he wants to patchwork the property! This is unacceptable. We have many pictures to show the poor quality of work that was done. Hiring PKS Paving has proven to be a huge mistake. Even with a warranty, they have stated that they will not redo the property; instead they are only willing to do patchwork.- $44,000.00 for PATCHWORK!
