I went to Pizzi Farm for the first time this week and it will probably be the last.

I walked up to the deli counter and the server never greeted me or even made eye contact. I placed an order for a grilled chicken sandwich. The server asked me what I wanted on it, but did not ask me what kind of bread I wanted it on.

She then proceeded to take some cold chicken strips out of plastic wrap and put it on the bread with the toppings I ordered. I ordered American cheese and they gave me just one slice and served up the sandwich cold. They never even offered to heat it up or toast it for me. If I wanted cold chicken, I would eat leftovers from my refrigerator at home. When I go to a restaurant and order grilled chicken, I expect it to be warm. Who wants cold chicken for lunch?

The sandwich cost me $8 plus tax. For that price, it should come with a bag of chips and a drink.

After this poor experience, I see no reason to ever go back.
