“Piping Rock Above standard products, customer service and shipping.”

I have been a frequent customer of Piping Rock for the past 2 years. Great prices and specials keep me happy. Orders have always arrived timely and the one time a liquid item was broke they shipped a replacement immediately. I am a happy customer.

They treat you like you're not even there. Why go into the store if you have a website anyway? Ridiculous

I looked and looked and found no field to enter a coupon code. Used live chat to ask about it, was told they don't do coupons...but I get them in my email from Piping Rock. Wtf. I gave up and ordered elsewhere.

The shelves I ordered ended up being incorrect. The cartons are very heavy and I was told no call label would be issued; that is a service most commercial businesses provide. The return shipping charge is 50% of the purchase price due to the weight and I'm still considering whether it's worth the hernia to send back. A liberal return policy without the service is worthless.

I have ordered biotin and i paid for it and another item same way was told it is out of stock but since i paid for it i was expecting to be gitting it when item is available instead they said they voided the item and so u will get your money and oneof the item is shipped and this caused confusion to me since u have two item out of stock intially why not shipping both items when they are available but they didnt and so i am not satisfied this kind of dishonesty to there long time customer and i will give my rating a two star :)

Tip for consumers:
there product is good and but there is nothing above and beyond custumer satfiscation with pipping the rock, try other suppliers as well to make sure your comparing how there customer service and loyal to there customers etc ..thanks !

Products might be good (not got my order yet), but beware if you are outside the USA as the postage does not include custom charges and you might end up with an extra £15 or more for a small parcel

I've ordered from Piping Rock before without a problem. Today I placed an order and it came up with a credit card I used the last time. I've never encountered that before on their site! It didn't ask if I wanted to use that card or another one. I couldn't find a link to delete payment methods either. I did want to use another card, but wasn't sure I wanted to do business with them at all now. If I can't control my own account there's something wrong! I clicked to finish the order hoping it would let me use a different card, but no. I called customer service and they said they don't save card numbers and the card may be connected to my Chrome account. I use IE, not Chrome and I've never purchased anything from Google. She suggested I delete all cookies, etc. I explained this was highly irregular and to cancel the order. I expressed I will most likely not be doing business with them again. I also began to think about the fact that they allow another system to violate and manipulate theirs! I went ahead and deleted cookies, temp files, etc.

My note to Piping Rock should explain. I've gotten products from them before, but I will no longer. I don't trust them. Here's why:
Your answers, on the website and via customer service, to the questions on product 2841 (turmeric and curcumin 95) have totally undermined my confidence in using your products, as well as recommending them to others.
You failed to answer the country of origin questions, which concern consumers. Be honest.
Your deceptive labeling of the 95% extract is intentionally misleading, and your proprietary blend response both written as answers and from when I spoke to customer service is evil. You cant disclose it like its some special thing.
Its posted on most comparable products from reputable companies. A dishonest company wont disclose how much turmeric root and how much actual extract a customer is paying for. It could be 90% root, and just 10% extract. You obviously know consumers want the extract, for that is why you market the product, so youre not stupid. That leaves evil and dishonest as the alternative, which is why there are calls for regulation of supplements.
You need to mend your ways for your own benefit, as well as that of the consumers which you dont really seem to care about.

Beware. I started to order using the "new customer" coupon code. When I logged in to pay my order went up by $5.00 then showed a $5.00 discount. This equals zero discount. I cancelled order. If you try to scam me as a first time customer imagine what else you have in store.
